When it works, its great...

I downloaded the app probably back in September and had no trouble at all logging in and accessing my account information.

However, more recently, every time I open the app and try to refresh it, it tells me "Request failed: bad request (400)"....I have no idea what that means, but the page will not refresh, and so all of my information remains not updated and thus, inaccurate. Any solution or advice for this problem or does anyone else have the same issue?
